Catholic education is an investment in your child’s future. At Divine Providence School we recognize the sacrifice associated with the financial obligations of enrolling your child in a parochial school. We have a number of ways to make DP affordable:
Divine Providence has two options to make tuition payments easier: annual tuition can be paid in full before the end of August, or annual tuition can be paid in monthly installments using the FACTS Tuition Management Program for a $50 charge. We will be using FACTS as our tuition collection service for ALL of our families. Payments can be made electronically on a ten or eleven month basis. All families are required to fill out the online FACTS Tuition collection enrollment form. The link to the FACTS Tuition website is available on the left of this page.
The Divine Providence Manna Program is a simple and effective tool to help you with your tuition needs. The Manna Program helps you earn money for your tuition while you shop. It’s easy to use; just buy gift certificates for local merchants and a percent of the amount is given back to you in the form of a tuition rebate. There are over 100 companies that participate in the program. Buy Mariano's or Jewel each week to pay for your groceries. Buy a gas debit card and use it to fill your tank. There are many department stores, restaurants, and other retailers also available. Credits are made to your tuition account quarterly.
Each family is responsible for a fundraising fee. This amount is equal to $250 per child, or $500 maximum per family. At the beginning of the year, instead of collecting this amount outright you will be provided with raffle tickets worth $10 each for the amount of your fundraising fee. If you choose to sell your tickets to family and friends, they can help you offset this fee. Raffle winners are selected and announced in December.
All parents may request a statement in January to submit for the State of Illinois tax credit of up to $500 for tuition and fees paid for students in K-12 based on a percentage of the amount paid in a calendar year.
Physical– All students entering Pre-School, Kindergarten, and 6th grade are required to have a physical.
Vision– All students entering Kindergarten are required to have an Eye Exam.
Dental– All students entering Kindergarten, 2nd, and 6th Grade are required to have a Dental Exam.
